Intastop is delighted to announce it has achieved a Gold accreditation and membership of the most reputable body for the construction industry.
Intastop Ltd, which has been established for over 25 years, has received the accreditation from Constructionline and has achieved PAS91 and the Common Assessment Standard to assist specifiers, suppliers and architects when choosing products for projects.
“This is an amazing achievement by all the team and we are incredibly proud to have fulfilled the thorough criteria set by Constructionline,” said Sarah Barsby, Marketing and HR Director, Intastop Ltd. “We take great pride in running a business that not only makes superb quality products and drives forward innovation in our sector, but also protects and supports our most valuable asset; our staff.”
To achieve Gold Membership, applicants must complete an extended verified pre-qualification questionnaire and its health and safety standards must meet the criteria of Constructionline’s Safety Systems in Procurement (SSIP) scheme.
The company’s credentials were assessed for key points including Environmental Management, Quality Management, Equal Opportunities, Modern Slavery Act adherence and Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policies.
“Having this Gold standard sets us apart from our competitors in a very visible way and shows to others our commitment to being the best we can,” said Sarah. “It demonstrates how we have not only achieved, but also exceeded the minimum standard for construction procurement giving reassurance across the industry.”
PAS 91 is there to help suppliers understand what information is required from them at pre-qualification stage, increase consistency between various pre-qualification questionnaires and databases and help buyers identify suitably qualified contractors.
