Covering the South West & South Wales region. Responsible for growing sales and Intastop business development over the full product range in the designated territory in in a safe and profitable manner and in line with the business plan.

Overview of Role

• Deliver both the customer and product mix across the region in line with the business plan
• Manage the territory area, business mix, diary and arrange own visits
• Maintain regular contact with new and existing customers
• Develop the sales and pipeline of projects in the territory
• Visiting existing accounts and key customers to increase sales
• Convert quotes to orders and increase conversion rates
• Build relationships in the area by visiting new and potential customers to increase sales across the full product range
• Conduct and attend site surveys and measure up visits to secure any further works planned
• Attend trade shows & presentations
• Manage any customer concerns and resolve issues effectively; mitigating any customer dissatisfaction
• Develop the sales and pipeline across all the platforms and projects across the region
• Assist other members of the team as required
• Report activity using SAP

Reporting
• Ensure Working Platform and Quote Pot is up to date and maintained on SAP
• Maintain up to date comprehensive market information / Intelligence and feed this in to the business.
• Coordinate activities with internal sales person
• Maintain the gross profit at the levels required
• Attend sales meetings and other meetings as required or set out in the meeting structure to ensure good communication throughout the business
• Liaise with other people & departments in the company

General Duties
• Support and contribute towards the Company’s goals as defined in the strategy
• Ensure in both actions and words that the customer is all important, without whom we have no business
• Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and conduct as set out in the staff handbook.
• Comply with the Company’s procedures and policies as laid out in individual Policy Documents, available for reference at all times.
• Support as necessary all members of staff in achieving the targets of performance agreed from time to time in accordance with the Company Quality Assurance and Investors in People standards.
• Assist in the training and development of all personnel and to support management in planning and execution of a personal training plan.
• To comply with the standards as specified in the Company’s Health and Safety Policy
• Be alert to all forms of dishonesty and pilferage. Report any breaches of security immediately. Ensure that the correct security procedures are implemented when the Group’s premises are vacated at the close of business.
