Intastop, a leading UK manufacturer, is set to exhibit its SECURA™ range of products at the Design in Mental Health exhibition on stand 211. The range is specially designed to help reduce the risk of ligature from high-risk points such as doors.
The SECURA™ range originated from the primary challenge with doors, and Intastop was the first company to introduce a Door Top Alarm that activates an audible sound and links with staff alert systems should pressure be applied to the door top. Now, Intastop has enhanced this further by developing a compatible alarm for the door bottom. The Duo Alarm System works hand in hand with other SECURA™ products such as the Removable Door Stop, Frame Mounted Closer and SECURA™ Clear vision panel.
Intastop will feature the latest Shrouded Double Swing Hinge, Fire Tested to BS476: Part 20 & 22. This product ensures increased fire safety while reducing the risk of ligature for room occupants and providing easy access for staff.
In addition, Intastop will be displaying the ASPEX wall protection range, Tubocolor grab rails, privacy vision panels and specialist handrails.
The interactive stand allows visitors to see and feel the quality of products available from the Intastop range, whilst speaking directly with the experts who have been instrumental in designing and bringing the products to market.
